30 Minutes
A brief landing place.
A moment to exhale.A space to steady your hands and your heart when life gets too loud.
Not a deep unraveling. Just enough time to pause, notice, and reset your internal compass.A little shelter from the storm,
open when you need it most. -
50 Minutes
Room to go further. To sift, sort, and name what’s been weighing on you.
Not rushed. Not overwhelming.
Just the right depth to understand the swirl beneath the surface.
The patterns, the pain points, the places that need light.A guided descent,
with someone holding the line as you explore. -
80 Minutes
A longer stay.
A full exhale. For the days when everything spills over at once and you need more than a moment.
When you need space to unravel, rebuild, and return to yourself. This session helps you give permission to be patient with yourself.
Historically, us humans have found ourselves stuck in a horribly unhelpful habit of only thinking about mental health support when sh*t hits the fan and when things feel completely overwhelming.
Don’t get us wrong, we’re here for that.
But we don’t have to leave it until then.

Your relationships are strained (inside or outside of work).
